1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Preparox application (“App”) or visiting our website at preparox.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Preparox. By using the App or Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@preparox.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer the App, upload malicious code, resell the service without permission, or use it to train competing AI models.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Preparox are the exclusive property of Preparox. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide our services.

7. AI-Generated Content

Preparox uses AI to generate interview questions and feedback for practice and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional career, HR, or legal advice. We make no guarantee that practising with Preparox will result in a job offer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Preparox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preparox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account from within the App or by contacting support@preparox.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Nothing limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time with notice via email or in-app notification.
