2. Your Privacy Choices

2.1 Access Your Data

You can request a full copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your account information, session history, scores, and any stored recordings. Submit your request to privacy@preparox.com with the subject line ‘Data Access Request’. We will respond within 30 days.

2.2 Correct Your Data

You can update your name, email, profile photo, industry, and role directly within the app via Settings > Profile. For other corrections, contact privacy@preparox.com.

2.3 Delete Your Account and Data

You have the right to delete your Preparox account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account:

• Open Preparox on your iPhone
• Go to Settings > Account
• Tap ‘Delete Account’
• Confirm deletion

Upon deletion, your account, profile, session history, and audio recordings will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to you) may be retained.

2.4 Opt Out of Analytics

We use anonymized usage data to improve Preparox. If you wish to opt out of analytics data collection, contact privacy@preparox.com with the subject line ‘Analytics Opt-Out’ and we will disable analytics tracking for your account.

2.5 Manage Push Notifications

You can manage push notifications at any time via your iPhone settings:

• Open iPhone Settings
• Tap Notifications
• Tap Preparox
• Toggle notifications on or off

2.6 Audio Recording Control

Preparox requires microphone access to function. You can revoke microphone permission at any time via:

• Open iPhone Settings
• Tap Privacy & Security > Microphone
• Toggle Preparox off

Note: Revoking microphone access will prevent you from recording interview answers. You can re-enable it at any time.

2.7 Request Data Portability

You can request your personal data in a portable, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). Contact privacy@preparox.com with the subject line ‘Data Portability Request’.

2.8 Withdraw Consent

Where we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Contact privacy@preparox.com to withdraw consent for specific data processing activities.

3. Regional Privacy Rights

European Union (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases for processing are: contract performance (account & core features), legitimate interests (analytics, security), and consent (optional features).

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale of personal information. Preparox does not sell personal information. To exercise your California rights, contact privacy@preparox.com.

Other Regions

We respect privacy rights regardless of your location. Contact us at privacy@preparox.com and we will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
